Located 20 minutes walking from Shinjuku (or 4 minutes by train), this apartment is great for short and long-term stays. It is surrounded by many local restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores making it great place to stay while in Tokyo. From Hatagaya Sta., you can easily access both Shinjuku and Shibuya Stations. I have been in the sharing community for many years and have come to learn a lot about how it works. I suggest that while comparing my apartments you consider the size and the location as my apartments are in the heart of Tokyo, all have a decent size and are well cared for as I own the properties. 2. My calendar is always up to date. So please feel free to reserve at your convenience. (Please note this apartment has "auto-booking" enabled so it's pretty much first come first served.) 3. The check-in and check-out instructions are available to you once you reserve which will allow you to check-in and out at your convenience without the need for me being there. Now to this listing: 40+ squared meters/ 450+ squared feet apartment in the heart of Tokyo. (i.e.: very spacious for the city's standards.) The apartment is located in a residential area which is just the right distance away to give you a comfortable and peaceful night sleep in the middle of the buzz of the city's heart. This apartment is on the second (2nd) floor of a building with NO elevator which should be OK if your knees are healthy:) It is perfect for people looking to explore the city and still have enough space to come back to and relax without having to pay the exorbitant rates that a Tokyo city-center hotel can demand. It's easily accessible from Narita and Haneda Airports and is located 5 minutes away walking from the Hatagaya station in the Shibuya Ward. From Hatagaya Station, a 4-minute train ride takes you to Shinjuku and a 15-minute train ride to Shibuya. The apartment is next to a Shopping Street "Shoutengai" with everything from Japanese mini-markets to a large variety of restaurants covering all sorts of Japanese, Southeast Asian and international cuisine. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. This includes: 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people) 1 bedroom with a 2 single beds (2 person) 1 Living/Dinning/Kitchen space with a single bed acting as a bed. (1 people) (Futons are available at request if needed) - The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, toaster microwave and is ample enough to make a full fledged meal while you are here. - 1 HVAC system cools and heats the entire apartment. For winter I also provide oil heaters just in case. - Laundry Machine for your convenience. I'm always reachable through voice or video call throughout your stay should you need any assistance. From Hatagaya Train Station you can access the following destinations as follows: SHINJUKU 4 min. HARAYUKU 14 min. SHIBUYA 14 min. AKIHABARA 20 min. ROPPONGI 20 min. There is also a bus taking you directly to Shibuya near the station a bit closer to the apartment. Please note this property operates under a hotel license, (as opposed to a short-term-"Minpaku" license), and abides by the strictest rules concerning safety and cleanliness. (While the building is well seasoned the property is newly remodeled and we keep it very clean, as you will read in the reviews.) As such: 1.
