The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The space This lovely villa is a home perched around 200 steps from the ground of Diniwid beach. The villa has three levels wherein the master's bedroom is located in the attic offering a panoramic view of the ocean. On the second level, is where you'll see the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Lastly, bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor which has direct access to the villa's beautiful garden. Guest access This three-level villa is all yours for rent. You may access the stairs if you want to go down to the beach or have some photo ops inside the compound. However, you are not allowed to enter any other villa unless permitted or you booked it. Other things to note Since our property is located in Diniwid Hill, you need to take stairs with 200 steps leading to the villa. -------------------------- Please provide us your ETA to your villa or when you're on your way to Diniwid so that we'll advise our caretaker or staff to meet you and assist you up to your villa especially night time. Internet ---------- The internet service is provided by Kalibo Cable. Cable TV ----------- The cable TV service is provided by Kalibo Cable. Laundry Service -------------------- Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services like laundry service will be unavailable as a result. But worry not, because there is an available laundromat nearby that could also do the laundry for you.
