You can reach all the important places in no time from this centrally located place. The cities of Munich, Rosenheim and Salzburg, the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee and other Upper Bavarian lakes can be reached in 20-60 minutes by car or train. The Bruckmühl train station is within a max. 5 minutes on foot. The space The apartment is 54 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. MAIN ROOM and KITCHEN 39 sqm Large living room and bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a sofa bed for up to 3 people. There is also a dining table and cable TV. Shutters and opaque curtains invite you to sleep in. The small new kitchen is functionally furnished. 2 hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave with hot air and grill function. BATHROOM 4.2 sqm The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and a floor-level shower. ROOF TERRACE 10 sqm The spacious terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation on beautiful days. You will receive your Wi-Fi password upon arrival. SERVICES FOR A FEE: LINENS From a stay of 21 days, you will receive fresh bed linens after 21 days, which you can put on yourself or it will be done if an interim cleaning is desired. INTERIM CLEANING If you would like an intermediate cleaning, just give us a call. The apartment will be cleaned and the bed sheets changed. We charge 40 EUR for this.
