In the liveliest part of NoLo, a 2-minute walk from the Rovereto metro station and 20 minutes from the central train station, I welcome you to my one-bedroom apartment with a loft bed, furnished by my father, who has skillfully combined wood and iron from salvaged pieces, perfectly integrating them into the context of the house. The apartment is on the third floor of an old Milan-style building with elevator, air conditioner and a small private balcony. Possibility of invoice release The space The apartment has a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes. Crossing the hallway you enter the bedroom, with a private balcony, a comfortable three-seater sofa and a lofted double bed. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which will be for their exclusive use. Other things to note Check in is guaranteed from 3 p.m. onward, with no time restrictions! As required by Italian law, it will be necessary to register all guests staying, so you will be asked to show your passports (or even IDs for EU citizens) to record the required data. Premium linens and towels are included with your stay. I will be available throughout your stay should you need me, I live in the city so I will have no difficulty in helping you in attendance as well. Please, if possible, indicate your estimated time of arrival at the apartment when you make your reservation so that we can arrange to do your check-in, which will take place in person.
