Studio with balcony, Montreal

This nice sunny, air-conditioned and very well-equipped studio is on the 1st floor and has its own private balcony. It is conveniently located. Public transit, BIXI, grocery store, stores (Walmart, Dollarama) and a multitude of restaurants. The Cadillac metro station on the green line is 7 minutes away. Parking is not easy. In fact, everywhere in Montreal... In short, long live public transport! The space This small Studio has been carefully designed, decorated and equipped, so that you can have the best stay. NEW, DAY BED (stork bed) Sofa by day, bed by night. Makes 2 single beds or turns into a KING bed. It is really nice and sunny, with its large patio door overlooking your private balcony. There is also a wardrobe with hangers and shelves for your clothes. You can cook easily. There are a few basic condiments and a NESPRESSO coffee machine to start the day off right. The bathroom has a shower and bath as well as a washer/dryer, just for you. There is also a small office space to work. WIFI, TV with internet; NETFLIX, YOUTUBE etc. 2 METRO stops from the BIODOME, INSECTARIUM, OLYMPIC Stadium and SAPUTO, MAISONNEUVE PARK and the BOTANICAL GARDEN. And a few stops from the city center. Peaceful neighborhood with a very large park on the corner. All you have to do is drop off, relax and enjoy your stay. We will always be there for you. Other things to note Parking is on the street, check the signs, to avoid TICKETS. Montreal by bike or Metro is much more pleasant!! There are Metro, bus, BIXI packages...
