The renovated holiday home is located close to the beautiful nature reserve 'Het Springendal' and 'Landgoed Singraven' where you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. You can also visit the beautiful historic town of Ootmarsum. This nature house is the ideal place where you can completely relax and enjoy the Twente landscape. The space The house has an attractive kitchen and living room in one. This is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a wood stove for extra warmth and atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom. It is also equipped with underfloor heating. On the first floor are 2x2 person bedrooms with made up beds. 1 room of it is large enough for when desirable to place a camping bed. If you have more than 4 people, it is also possible to put 2 more beds on the spacious landing. Kitchen linen and towels are provided. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will find various estates,nature areas and cozy villages. The lutter sand at 8 km and the spring valley at 4 km is highly recommended and via active twente you can use any vehicle you want to discover the surroundings. In the cottage you will find various information and tips about the area and also hiking and cycling maps.
