In the heart of Bourges, a few steps from the cathedral, very nice 70 m2 apartment, renovated and carefully decorated, in a building from the 19th century, bright and quiet. The apartment is close to all amenities: shops and restaurants as well as museums and main places to visit, to stay in Bourges in the best conditions. The space The apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac overlooking Rue Moyenne (main street in the city center). 
 It has 2 bedrooms: ideal for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends! 


 The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The building does not have an elevator, however the floors are low and the staircase is wide. 


 The main room consists of a beautiful kitchen open to a bright living room with cathedral views. 
 The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle with tea as well as all the utensils and basic products: sugar, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet 


The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200) as well as a quality mattress (Simmons). It also has a wardrobe with hangers, a chair and a full-length mirror. 


 The second bedroom has a 140 bed with a quality mattress (Bultex) and has storage (closets).


 The beds in both bedrooms are protected by mattress protectors and pillow protectors. 
 We provide bed sheets. 


 The bathroom has a bathtub and towel heater as well as a washing machine. 

 We provide towels.


 The accommodation has a beautiful entrance with cupboards.

 Guest access Your check-in will be autonomous! You will receive all the information, please read it carefully as it will help you access the apartment easily!! As the apartment is located in the city center, close to the historic center, museums, shops, restaurants as well as the Nuits Lumière, the MCB national stage and the Printemps de Bourges site, the car is useless to visit the city. 
You can park either in an adjacent street (paid during the day), in the underground parking lot of the town hall (free the first half hour and between 12pm and 2pm as well as public holidays) or for free in the Séraucourt parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. (See map in photos).
 As the flat is located in the city center, close to the historical center, museums, shops, restaurants as well as the Nuits Lumières, the Maison de la Culture de Bourges (national stage) and the Printemps de Bourges festival site, there is no need for a car to visit the city. 
You can park either in an adjacent street (paying during the day), in the underground car park of the town hall (free of charge for the first 2 hours, between 12 noon and 2pm and on public holidays) or free of charge in the Séraucourt car park, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. (See map in the photos). Other things to note The tourist office is a 1-minute walk away. For families with a toddler, we provide a crib on request. If the booking schedule allows, I will do my best to be flexible on check-in and check-out times.
