A first bedroom provides an ideal place to rest, with a queen bed and a good-sized closet for clothes and other personal belongings. Our second bedroom is the perfect place to relax with a twin bed and yoga area but can also be a great space to be productive with its desk space. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to small dining nook to enjoy your freshly-prepped meals. A single bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and a laundry area are also available. As you head outdoors, a nicely-appointed side yard features a loveseat, hammock and "beach" area where you can lounge and let your worries melt away. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are also available to make the most of the sunshine Southern California is famous for. Guest access Parking off-street is for a single small to medium size vehicle only. Additional vehicles, or large vehicles must be parked on street, which can be a challenge to come by within close proximity to the home on evenings and weekends. Parking is accessed through a manually-operated sliding gate on the alley side of home. The gate requires someone that is able-bodied and with a decent amount of strength. Please message host if you have any questions or concerns. Street is smaller than typical, please use caution when arriving. Other things to note The home is HEAT ONLY, via a wall furnace. There NO A/C which means during the hotter summer days the home can be uncomfortable for some. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and Long Beach has comfortable temperatures the majority of the year. This is an urban neighborhood meaning there is some level of noise from both vehicles and other homes and apartments in close proximity. Light sleepers may want to consider an alternate location. SECURITY: For your security, there are a total of 3 outdoor security cameras at the property: One at the entrance/front porch, one above the garage, and one above the patio/yard area.
