Conveniently situated only five minutes away from the heart of Cruz Bay city. This cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Eight minute walk to ferry terminal, shops, restaurants. Laundry facility directly across the street. Two minute walking distance to nearby coffee shops. Three minute walk to grocery stores - Star Fish Market and Dolphin Market. Car Rental agency adjoining the property and others nearby. Five minute walk to tennis court behind of the property. The space The space is located near the heart of Cruz Bay in a two story apartment building primarily used for long term renters who have created a loving community amongst themselves. There are perimeter security cameras for this reason to ensure the safety of both the long term renters and the Airbnb guests. The location offers all essentials within easy walking distance so feel free to explore around you while you enjoy our island. Other things to note 1. Parking is located on the right hand turn before the building which takes you to a narrow left turn to the rear of the building where you make park in any spot. 2. The bedroom door should remain closed while the A/C is on to avoid overworking and also turned off when leaving the unit. Air conditioning is a split wall mounted unit in the bedroom only (as typical in island homes). 3. Please place filled trash bags in the garbage container located behind the building in the middle of the retaining wall next to the ladders. 4. There is a laundromat across the street for your use. The laundromat also sells drinking water by the gallons as well as providing a soda dispenser for your use. 5. If you do or wish to recycle, Island Green Living Association is the name of the center. You will need a vehicle to get there and it's approximately an 8 minute drive from cruz bay. 6. Drinking water should be bought. For those on island with cisterns they incorporate filters as well as boil there water to drink but the majority practice buying of drinking water. 7. Please feel free to water the plants on the potted plants on your patio/porch during your visit. They will surely appreciate it. 8. Be sure to wipe all sand on feet, legs, etc. before entering apartment. The shower must not be used to washoff sand as that will do clog as well as do damage to the drain. *A tip would be to carry an empty gallon bottle to the beach, fill it with sea water when leaving and wash off you legs and feet after exiting the beach.
