Tarelho Mansion

The Tarelho mansion is super modern, in an environment with an interior feel, surrounded by native trees, with tranquility and plenty of space to be enjoyed with your whole family, as well as a view of the mountains, sunrise and sunset. We are located 20 minutes from the coast of Santa Catarina, making it an excellent option for those who do not want to spend their stay close to the hustle and bustle, but still want to be able to get to the beaches quickly if they so desire. The space We have 1 en-suite with a closet, 2 demi-en-suites, a full kitchen, a dining room with a barbecue grill, an open concept living room, and all this space is integrated with an outdoor living room. For children, we have toys, a swing and a sandbox, all in the outdoor area. Enjoy everything with your family, fireplace, panoramic view, large lawn, swing, sounds of birds. Guest access We have a large garage, which is at the back of the house, easily accommodates 2 cars with the doors open. The neighborhood is very family-friendly, super quiet, with a bakery, cafeteria, bank, shops, everything close by, just down the hill where the house is located. Other things to note We accept small/medium-sized pets; No parties, loud noises, inflatable toys; Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the house.
