Business Center (where you can use the computers and the printer located next to the reception) and Front Desk are open 24/7 There is a free wireless Internet Access inside and outside of the Clubhouse, and in the pool area. The onsite restaurant and full bar, Frankie Farrells, provides great food and drink options (*has amazing cheeseburgers & pasta) , or have the option of creating your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen and dining with family in a quiet setting at home. Do not leave food out and window or doors open. *** REGAL PALMS CHARGES A FACILITY/RESORT FEE of $20+Tax that is required for all guests to pay upon check in whether you use the resort amenities or not (APPLIES TO GUESTS RENTING UNDER 25DAYS- FOR OVER 25 DAYS before May 31, 2021 see DISCOUNT SEE BELOW) This $20 fee is for your entire group (not per person) /per day that includes: parking for up to 3 cars [which (2) need to fit in the driveway outside the villa & (1) behind the 2 in the driveway], access to all amenities including gym, pools, waterslide, volleyball, movie nights, all other resort events, 24/7 front desk, 24/7 security, and free wi-fi throughout property and inside the villa. The charge is per house (not per person) and includes up to 10 people. One daily fee covers all residents of the house. The fee is required (regardless of what amenities are or are not used each day) and it is collected at the front desk during your check in. Wristbands are used to access resort amenities - towel cards are used to have fresh towels in the pool areas. The monthly Rate will be $330.00 + taxes ($369.60 total). Any additional days past 30 (but before 60) will be $11.00 + tax per day ($12.32 total per day). If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honored under the monthly Rate but they have to pay the full $330 + tax. They do not break down the payment.
