Explore the City or create that successful business trip while enjoying the convenience of 77 on Independence. Gym, pool, restaurant, health food coffee shop - all in the apartment building and adjacent Namibia Crafts Centre. Unfortunately the laundry in our building closed but there is a laundry (Windhoek Dry Cleaners - they also wash) two blocks up in Independence Avenue (at Ausspannplatz), walking distance. You can also leave your laundry for collection - we wash and fold for N$100 per load. Guest access Studio 115 is a self-catering apartment in the heart of Windhoek. If you don't feel like shopping and cooking, there is plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance. Other things to note Windhoek is a capital city and requires big city caution. Do not display your valuables. Watch your bag and phone. There is a lot of entertainment around the complex - walking distance - but if you go out in other parts of the city please take a radio taxi. Just note that this is a self-catering Airbnb. Extra cleaning services can be arranged, at a charge (N$150 for a mini cleaning and N$300 for the full monty, including bedding and towels). For longer-term stays (>2 weeks) we do a compulsory mid-stay cleaning to ensure good hygiene. We also provide a laundry service (wash, dry & fold) for our guests @ N$125/load. Typically same day turn-around.
