Big bright and simple 2 floor house. Happy and comfy home. Free parking included. 1 mile to blue and pink train stations . 1 mile to el and subway. 1block Walk2bus. Airbnb blocks social media information so please send with extra characters/separated etc The space We have a very large livingroom and dining room! Our home is very calm and has great energy! We live here permanently but if you see this listing we will be working/traveling . We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a King size mattress . A motor queen size air bed, and single fold out bed. (For shorter person or youth) We have 1 bathroom 1 shower. If you will be using the air bed please put a sheet on it . We welcome you to use our kitchen however we do not welcome any deep frying whatsoever as it leaves the house smelling for weeks . Our home is very quiet and neighborhood is very safe and filled with sweet people. Mixed all cultures and backgrounds . This is very important to us. We have changed our home significantly as we now have children . We have a gate with a childproof lock at the stairs. Guest access We live on a quiet street with a lot of empty lots or homes that have multiple Lots attached . Parking has never been an issue in the 10 years we’ve lived here. 95 percent of the time I park directly in front of the home. Parking is free on the street . Our Home is from 1860 so limited storage causes us to have some belongings/storage in view but not in any area that’s used by guests . We will leave shelving empty and drawers for guests to use . Other things to note No shoes in our home please, if you do not like being bare foot please bring slippers or footie socks. Please we have little crawling hands. Absolutely NO parties. You will be immediately escorted out and money will be forfeited. NO FRYING. We live in an urban community going through redevelopment. You’ll see empty lots mixed in with housing. People of all backgrounds and color . If you are looking for luxury, a brand new home , upscale living or a trendy neighborhood please book downtown. This is real Chicago. We have changed our home significantly as we now have children . We have a gate with a childproof lock at the stairs and 1 blocking the kitchen but can be moved around . We also have a pack and play available for free. Our home has Montessori/waldorf types of toys available and im more than happy to set it up as kid friendly or put most kids stuff away to feel kid free.
