Care Takeover home is a vacation rental with 5 big bedrooms and 5 big bathrooms. You can rent a Boutique Suite that includes a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, it is not just 1 house. We have designed our guest house to make everyone feel welcome. 
People with minor physical problems, dependent on a wheelchair or walker can also stay with us without any problems. 
The beauty of our guest house is that everyone feels at home. You start your day with an excellent breakfast buffet. The space Wonderful bedroom there is a Tempur bed with massage and a lift recliner with massage&heat in it. Big bathroom, double sink and walk in shower. Common room/living room there you will find a wonderful breakfast buffet with German bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, roast beef, salami, ham, cheese, fruit for cereal etc. The outdoor kitchen can be used to make your own lunch/dinner. Outdoor sitting area overlooking the pond to relax. Take a swim in the pool by the main house. This all including in the price! Free WiFi, free parking, free breakfast, outdoor kitchen can be used for lunch and dinner and the pool can be used daily from 9 am till 5 pm. Guest access Your own bed and bathroom. Common room/living room to watch tv or to read a book and/or socialize with others. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor sitting area overlooking the pond. Main house pool available daily from 9 AM till 5 PM Other things to note It is not a nursing home/rehab center. It is a vacation rental/B&B.
