There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people in a quiet residence, the accommodation is 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car. The space 46 m2 apartment with: A bright living room with a real sofa bed (140 x 190 cm, 28-cm mattress) A fully-equipped kitchen open to the living room A colorful balcony with lake views A separate, spacious, and quiet bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a double-thickness mattress Two fans for the summer, if needed Cozy bathroom with bathtub and bluetooth The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
