To the first floor a further bedroom (1 x double) and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising and enjoying your holiday. A private enclosed garden with covered, luxury hot tub and summerhouse is found to the front of Pipistrelle, together with stone BBQ/pizza oven and a sizeable patio for outdoor dining. In off peak season, we offer special rates for longer stays and particularly 28 day breaks. Please enquire! Guest access Local walks and cycle trails are all nearby. The Eden Project is around 10 mins away, the nearest beach (dog friendly) 15 mins away and Newquay, Padstow, Looe, Fowey, Carlyon Bay, Perranporth and Mevagissey around 30 mins away. There is a maximum of three parking spaces available for this property during peak season. Outside of peak season, please enquire. Other things to note SERVICES We offer services to all guests, in addition to the usual cleaning and provision of towels*, linen etc. We are happy to offer a free concierge service and will happily offer advice, book restaurants, organise shopping and assist with celebration planning. We can arrange for flowers and other surprise items on arrival and will generally help in any way we can. To facilitate requests, we ask that you please give as much notice as possible.
