The lower level of the house adds an additional two bedrooms, another living area, full bathroom, kitchen with full fridge and stove and second laundry room. We have two paddle boards and an inflatable kayak that you can walk across the street to use in lake Dillon. A waiver must be signed. You and your family will love this property! The space This house is decorated down to the last detail and ready for you and multiple families to enjoy. Double doors on the upper level separate your two kitchens, living rooms, with a wrap around patio overlooking the lake! You can easily sleep 12+ adults while enjoying the hot tub, heated garage and views of the mountains and Dillon Lake. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large bathroom with a double vanity, a standup shower and a separate bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with amazing views of the mountains for you to enjoy when you wake up in the morning. There is a shared bathroom with the third bedroom/living area. The second living room has two sets of bunk beds and is situated adjacent to to the second kitchen(make sure to look at photos). One set of bunk beds is XL twins and one set is two full beds. The is an additional half bath outside of the main kitchen. The lower level features the following: Bedroom with Queen size bed. Bedroom with two twin XL beds. Third living room. Kitchen/Laundry room with stove, oven, microwave and sink. It also has a full size washer and dryer. From the lower level you can walk out to the hot tub and enjoy the cool breeze under the Aspen Trees. Please note, we have a full time tenant that lives on the other side of the house, above the three car garage. You’ll never see the tenant or us unless we are pulling out one of our boats or snowmobiles. You’ll have complete privacy unless you want to go snowmobiling, rafting or out on the lake with us!!
