Mulberry Retreat is a luxurious and contemporary five-bedroom home that offers the ultimate in privacy and comfort. The house is located in the riverside suburb of Wilson, just minutes away from the stunning Swan River parklands, Perth city, Westfield Carousel, Curtin University, Crown Casino and Optus Stadium. The house offers all the luxuries needed for a relaxing long or short term stay. Fast speed WiFi, Netflix, Nespresso Coffee Machine, excellent quality bedding, privacy and comfort. The space This lovely, private home is located in Wilson, which is a family-oriented riverside suburb of Perth. There are 5 bedrooms, all equipped with luxury mattresses, top quality sheets and bedding. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house, and comes with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite featuring shower, toilet and vanity. The other four bedrooms have king single beds with built-in wardrobes and chest of draws. There is a main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity. Plus another separate toilet off the laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances including gas hotplate, electric over, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and sandwich press. Dinnerware and glassware are included, as well as designer cutlery by Royal Doulton. There are many serving dishes and wine glasses for entertaining. The lounge room features a Smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. There is a lovely leather LaZboy lounge with chaise, many lamps for mood lighting, books and magazines. Also included are are all the essentials such as coffee pods, tea bags, milk, pepper, salt, stock, spices, oil, cleaning products, paper towel, soap, dishwashing tablets, foil, clingwrap, laundry washing detergent, and other items to make your stay more comfortable. The house is conveniently situated just minutes from the beautiful Swan River, Westfield Carousel shopping, the Victoria Park precinct with a vast array of restaurants, Crown Casino and the airport. There are two primary schools and two daycare centres within walking distance from the house. Curtin University is very close by, just a few minutes drive away. Guest access The entire house will be all yours. Even if you book the house for just one person, you will have the whole house to yourself. I live 15 minutes drive away, so am able to attend if you need, meet you if you prefer, or allow you to enjoy your privacy! Other things to note Please note for guests safety that there are several security cameras on the outside of the building, as well as one inside the double lock-up garage. I also require a copy of your drivers licence or passport to be sent to me prior to check-in. This is a requirement for my house insurance policy.
