Studio apartment at the back of our house

Loft-style studio located in a private neighborhood in Gran Mendoza. It is very bright, practical, comfortable, cozy and with unique details. It has the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay in it. The unit has Wi-Fi, smart TV, and open digital TV. Located in a very quiet area, ideal for those who also travel for work or study. The space The space has a double bed or two twin beds according to the guest's convenience, ask for additional charges. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (117 Lts - under-counter), a two-burner electric stove, an electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker, plus dishes and cooking utensils. It has air conditioning with a hot/cold function and a portable heater. The bathroom is very small (toilet, shower, sink) as it was an old outdoor bathroom of the house. The accommodation has a garden with a pool and grill so guests can enjoy the typical Argentine barbecue. These facilities are shared with the hosts. The environment connects with the outside with a large window that is also a drawbridge integrating the pool area with the interior; allowing you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the accommodation. There is parking space on the property and on the street (within the neighborhood, which has private security). It has a separate entrance, so guests can move freely and without time limits. Guest access Guests have the entire studio. They can also access the common areas of the grill, garden, pool, and gallery, which are shared with hosts. The property is located in a private neighborhood with a security guard who controls the entrances to it. Parking on neighborhood streets is permitted and safe. Other things to note The property has solar screens that provide part of the energy used. We can rent you our bikes and kayaks if you wish, as long as we are not using them. It's a very quiet family neighborhood, with gravel streets and lots of trees. It is a safe residential area 10 minutes from the city of Mendoza, which has shops and food nearby. We have 3 pets in our house: Rico, a 10-year-old Fox Terrier; Lagertha, a 7-month-old Golden Retriever; and Bowie, a very quiet and shy kitten. Lagertha will surely want to play with you and steal your socks! Otherwise, there's nothing to worry about.
