Maroubra Beach is a fantastic spot. Located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Maroubra is arguably the best surf beach on this stretch of coast. Our quiet, cosy, 3 bedroom apartment with private access and private garden set under a canopy of trees is the perfect place to relax on your getaway. Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme you will immediately feel relaxed on arrival. A short walk to Maroubra Beach, Mahon Pool, Malabar Headland National Park, shops, cafes and restaurants. The space The apartment is cool throughout summer and cosy in winter There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and small living space. Polished floorboards, large bathroom and double glazed windows for extra privacy. After a day at the beach, or out sightseeing you will be delighted to come home to your private and relaxed space. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds or a bbq after a day at the beach. Spend some time by the pool - (chlorine free!) on our all day sun-drenched deck (located upstairs). Guest access Walk to Maroubra Beach for a surf or swim, as parking can be difficult in peak of summer. Grab a coffee and bread at the Bay Bakehouse or The Grumpy Baker and stroll along the promenade which is a meeting place for local surfers and sunlovers. Take a walk along the coast at the Northern end of the beach and enjoy an ocean swim in Mahon pool and grab breakfast/brunch at the Pool Cafe. If your up for a bit of exercise take a walk to the Southern end of the beach and enjoy the coastal walk through Malabar Headland National Park. There is also a great area on the headland which allows dogs. Your pooch will be sure to thank you as you will pass a couple of dog parks along the way. Our local supermarket is a couple of minutes from the property so you can grab your groceries and return home for a bbq on the deck or if you dont feel like cooking head back down to Maroubra Beach and enjoy a meal at our local pub, club, or choose from a number of local cuisines. Feel like venturing out.....the bus stop is conveniently located out the front of the property with direct lines to the city to soak in those famous Sydney sites. GUEST ACCESS Includes entire apartment, garage and outdoor garden and deck. There are 5 steps from the garage to the garden and 14 steps via side access to pool and main street. Access to pool area upstairs via side gate.
