Private Room next to Maybachufer

The flat is located in Sanderstaße close to U-bahn Schönleinstraße and next to Maybachufer, just on the border to Kreuzberg, one station to Kottbusser Tor. A relaxing area with lots of restaurants and bars and right next to the canal. In summer times there is a Fleamarket every second sunday, and a farmers (and other stuff) market every tuesday and friday. Its easy to get around in the city with the U-bahn station U8 just 2 min by foot. The space The appartment is a typical berlin altbau with very high ceilings and a solid wooden floor situated in a classic berlin "Vorderhaus". Guest access There is a large shared living room and a kitchen During your stay I used to live in a wg (shared flat) and like to meet new people and have chat over a coffee or beer now and then. Its also fine if you want your privacy. Currently I'm a lot at my girlfriend's place ,so you'll have lots of privacy.
