You will love my flat because the location is perfect. You are not in the noisy street of the old town, but just 4 minutes of it by foot. You can walk there easily. The flat is really modern and quiet with big windows and a balcony. It is oriented south est so you have lot of light in the day and a beautiful view on the Mont Veyrier. We are at the third floor. The flat is a 1 bedroom, with a Queen size bed really confy with all you need. The lake is less than 10 min by foot. The perfect mix. The space The decoration is unique. It is warm with wood, relaxing colors. My apartment has been tested and approved by me during several years. You won't miss anything. The bedroom is large, you can put your clothes in my dressing The shower is open, so plenty of space and the toilet is separate from the shower room.. In short, a very beautiful and very practical apartment. About the Kitchen, the large central island allows you to cook at ease and to have a space to eat. Tranquility assured with sunrise and brightness all day. About the living room, a comfortable sofa bed to watch Netflix, Canal+ or Youtube with my modern 65" Samsung TV. You have wifi of course with optical fiber and a space to put your computer if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker (senso pods available), microwave, dishwasher. There is also a washing machine which is a dryer and a drying rack. The shower room is equipped with a hair dryer and the toilets are separated.
