Simplicity “D” with free street parkin

It has wonderful sunset and ocean view. There are shared spaces like refrigerator, coffee center on the kitchen counter, shared dining room and living room with other guests who are in the “Q” and “S”bedroom. The bedding sets maybe different than the photos shown with cover on. Great neighborhood to take a walk. Beautiful spacious shared backyard and patios to look at the view of the puget sound ocean water. NO AC at this property, only portable fan in bedroom and air cooler in living room. The space Bedroom labeled “D” above the first door on the left has a twin bed and Bathroom across the hall are for both D and S bedroom’s guest Usage. The temperature setting will be high as 65F for heat in winter, no AC in summer only portable fans in rooms and air cooler, mounted fan in living room, nighttime temperature can be cooler There are shared common areas like entryway, living room, dining room, desk space for work, kitchen counter, sinks, refrigerator, and microwave, plus WD on site for additional fee $3 each load. Free for stay over a week. Guest access Free Parking on the driveway, street in front or side of the house. Please use parking brake. Guest must be able to go up and down a small hill and up and down the stairs to the front door. During your stay Please make sure to read the Additional House Rules under the Things to Know and click on Show More Other things to note Laundry is free only if booking for 7 days or more. Laundry room is in the garage access through the door on the right side of the dining room, down the stair to the office space and through another door to get to the garage. Look for laundry sign. Please do not touch anything else beside the washing machine and dryer and the cabinet above the washer and dryer where iron and laundry detergent is kept. If you have allergy, please bring your own laundry soap. If other Q room guest staying, please limit to only showering after 9 PM. No bathtub water running! Thanks There are 3 cameras outside facing backyard. One is in garage above the washer machine. One doorbell camera. One outside facing driveway. All 6 are on. Fireplace is not allowed to be used. In the kitchen, guests are welcome to some light beverages and snacks in the pantry. When parking on the hills or driveway, please use parking break. Hosts are not responsible for any vehicles damage.
