With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views. The space Magdalene Lodge is a fantastic Lodge located at Cambridge Country Club. It has spectacular views over the championship golf course and offers guests a relaxing getaway, whilst being really close to the university city of Cambridge. All guests to the lodge are able to use the facilities at the Country Club, which includes use of the beautiful swimming pool, the state of the art gym and the golf course. (There is an extra charge payable to the Country club of £35 per person for the golf on weekdays and £45 on weekends.). There is also a spa where a wide range of treatments are available and can be booked before arrival. Cambridge Country Club has a bar and a restaurant for breakfast, or lunch. The lodge is very peaceful and extremely stylish. The lounge area has 2 large sofas with a large wall mounted smart TV. There are bifolding doors which open onto the fantastic decked area, where you can enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the golf course or soak in the fantastic hot tub to totally relax. The master bedroom contains a super king bed with a wall mounted smart TV and French doors which open onto the decking area. There are also fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. The en-suite contains a bath where you can totally relax and even watch the TV! There is also a huge luxurious shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with French windows opening onto the terrace and the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or which can be joined together to make another super king bed. Please advise if this is needed when booking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, built in microwave/grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, American fridge freezer and wine fridge, everything you could wish for and the dining area has a large table plenty big enough for 6 adults. All in all the perfect getaway to suit even the most discerning traveller. Guest access There is private parking for two cars right to the side of the lodge. Cambridge Country Club is literally a 2 minute walk away with a swimming pool, state of the art gym, golf course, spa, restaurant and bar. Other things to note Guests staying at Magdalene Lodge can use the swimming pool and gym at Cambridge Country Club. Please note children’s swimming times are 3.30pm - 5.00pm. If guests want to book treatments at the spa it is wise to book them in advance as it gets very busy.
