Guest favorite, peaceful and spacious-Bryant House

A perfect escape for any time of year. Springs in East Hampton is historical and unique. The house is nestled in the heart of a woodsy charming neighborhood that is located less than 10 minutes away from town. You are only a 5 minute drive away from a number of beautiful bay beaches (including Maidstone Park, Three Mile Harbor and Albert's Landing), and only 10 minutes away from the ocean. The home has been recently renovated and designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The space The Cape Cod-style house is very spacious. It has two primary bedrooms furnished with king sized beds and private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is located on the main level, and the other on the second floor. The upstairs area also has is a good sized bedroom furnished with a Queen bed, and a fourth room that offers two twin beds. The upstairs area also has an additional bathroom that is separate and apart from the one attached to the primary. Both the kitchen and dining room have individual eating areas. The kitchen is equipped with an inviting banquette, and the dining room is furnished with a large table that can accommodate at least eight guests. Both are perfect for family gatherings or dinner parties. There is also a half bath adjacent to the kitchen. The living area is open and airy with three sliding glass doors that look onto a deck and yard. The house sits on a half acre filled with towering oak trees. A badminton court, Weber BBQ and dining table for 8 is available year round. The heated gunite pool (36x16) was built in Spring of 2022. Guest access The house's driveway can accommodate four cars. The East Hampton Long Island Railroad (LIRR) station is approximately 3.5 miles away. UBER and local taxi services are available at all times. In the summertime, beach parking passes are unfortunately only issued to residents. Although there is limited paid parking available, there are town restrictions in place As a result, it is advisable to take an UBER, taxi or free shuttle service that is offered in the town of East Hampton. Other things to note Rental registry certificate number: RR-25-933 Springs is known in art circles as the cradle of the abstract expressionist movement. Artists such as Jackson Pollack, William de Kooning and John Ferren all worked (and played) here. Writers such as Kurt Vonnegut, Joseph Heller, Philip Roth, Nora Ephron, and John Steinbeck have lived in or near the Springs. The Pollack-Krasner House (Jackson Pollack studio and museum) is located at 830 Springs Fireplace Road.
