Downstairs and more quitely located are the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the little patio. ROOFTOP AND TERRACE The house comes with a huge rooftop terrace with great views of the atlantic and the island Las Palmas. Kitchen and livingroom are connected to an outdoor terrace with a dining table. The bedrooms are connected to another terrace / palmtree garden. The masterbedroom is connected to a small patio. COOKING The kitchen is fully equipped: big refrigerator, oven/grill, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, waterboiler, toaster, dishwasher etc. WORKING AND ENTERTAINMENT The living room offers beautiful views of the ocean and is equipped with a Samsung 65" flatscreen smart TV, ready for Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (You need to login to your OWN account). Street parking is free of charge and possible directly infront of the house. Other things to note Our place is located in a quiet neighbour, loud party groups are not welcomed.
