The space The space is ideal for 1-2 couples or a small family that wants a quick getaway to experience rural living in Northern Utah. Winter activities in close proximity include ice fishing at Mantua Reservoir, soaking at Crystal Hot Springs, 3 ski resorts within 1 hour drive, Bear River Bird Refuge, Golden Spike Steam Festival. The master bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands with USB outlets, alarm clock, white noise machine, desk and 32" LG tv with streaming services. The master bedroom closet is stocked with additional linens, additional pillows, robes, full-length mirror, hangers, luggage rack, iron and ironing board. The master bathroom is a 3/4 bath with stand-up shower. Hairdryer, toiletries, complimentary mini-facials and feminine hygiene products are provided. Kids bathtub is also provided. The comfortable living area sleeper sofa* is close-to-queen. The living area includes a fireplace entertainment center, 55" LG tv, DVD player, streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO MAX) and Sky Lite 2.0. The breakfast bar includes a mini-fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and Keurig (including a selection of coffee, decaf, hot chocolate and tea). There is dinnerware for four. Water bottles and snacks provided. The bistro dining table includes seating for two. Two additional chairs are in the suite, as well as a travel highchair. The entertainment center includes an ever-growing collection of board and card games for your enjoyment. The property is five acres at the base of the mountain. There are 5 chickens, 2 goats, 3 farm cats, 2 kittens and 1 chihuahua on the property full-time. *Other kid friendly sleeping options include a bunk bed cot and pack-n-play (with bassinet).
