Villa XK's residential suites offer accommodation and leisure and entertainment spaces for the whole family, including a coworking space with free Wi-Fi, as well as lakes, swimming pools, ecological trails and multi-sport courts. All in accordance with the strictest rules and protocols related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The space Families with young children (0-2 years old) need to bring paraphernalia such as bathtubs and cribs for babies, while children 2-12 years old should always be accompanied by their parents, as Villa XK establishes that the safety of minors is their full responsibility. For guests who want to bring their pets – dogs or cats – Villa XK offers the Tambaqui Block for this purpose. Even so, in the common areas, pets must wear collars and always be accompanied by their guardians, who are also responsible for collecting animal feces and using a muzzle for dogs with typically aggressive behavior. The coworking area has a free Wi-Fi network, as well as two private meeting rooms, which can be booked in advance. Once again, we emphasize that the distancing rules will be fully observed in the coworking space and in the meeting rooms, with the use of masks. Residential suites do not have access to the Wi-Fi network, which can however be contracted individually by guests. Due to the pandemic, Villa XK's shared kitchen services remain suspended indefinitely. However, we maintain a food area with constant cleaning, in addition to a list of nearby establishments that can be accessed by known applications, whose delivery people have a specific space for the delivery service. In addition, the residential suites at Villa XK have a minibar. And we have barbecue grills for rent on pre-scheduled dates and times. Villa XK's residential suites provide the necessary furniture and are delivered strictly sanitized and with all their facilities in operation. However, guests are responsible for their own bath and bed linens (including pillows and blankets). Villa XK does not allow guests to enter, but they can enjoy the space if they pay the amount of one night.
