Don't believe me? Read the reviews. The space Lovely two-bedroom apartment in 1920's historic Fan duplex. Enjoy a renovated kitchen and a king-sized bed at the rear of the home. Front porch, screened-in porch on rear, and backyard for you to enjoy. Front porch and backyard are shared with the upstairs unit. Firepit & grill in backyard are available for use. Basement has plenty of storage and space to work out as well as a washer/dryer. Safe & secure first floor unit. Pet friendly but no cats, illegal animals, or anything that could harm someone or the home. There may be upstairs neighbors, so please be cognizant of the noise your dog may make. Guest access The entire apartment is all yours! Outdoors there is a shared front patio and a shared rear patio space. This building has a dedicated parking pad at the rear of the property, with one spot reserved for this unit. This is an easy city to get around in compared to big cities! Even in the most dense areas you typically never park more than a block away and often, you can park within 20ft of your destination. Other things to note Animals that are not on the reservation shall be subject to a fine - it's important all guests are registered in the event of an emergency.
