Safe gated & guarded community, on site parking, great views of dolphins from margarita deck, 2 family rooms so the parents can enjoy time away from children's games :), large well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, 15 minutes from town, big gathering area. AC in every room. Free wifi, 4 full bathrooms, outdoor shower, 1 dog ok. Bring own beach & personal towels. The space Our home is steps away from the beach. It is on the second row and looks across an empty lot to the beach. The lot is owned by someone else who will not allow us to walk across it. The beach access is a couple houses down. It is a 2 minute walk….very close. Safer for little kids who might want to dart out into the water. There are stairs in the home that may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Water is trucked in. It needs to be treated with mindful conservation. The tank is only accessible through the garage. My water person will need to open the garage about every 3 days to check and refill the water tank.
