Short walks to parks, restaurants, take-away, bars and safe beaches this is a great place. The space Relax and take in the views at this unique and tranquil getaway. Catering to the needs of disabled guests also, You can choose to soak up the sun from the decks at the waters edge, watch as the yachts and boats go by or park your own boat/jet-ski at your door-step. Restaurants, parks and the safe beaches of the Mornington Peninsula are all at your doorstep. The provision of a lift, as well as showers and doorways wide are compliant for wheelchairs making this possible. The kitchen is fully equiped and has induction cooking with an extremely powerful pull up range-hood to extract even the strongest of food odours. Rather than run fire risks, we have provided flameless candles to add more ambience to your special evenings. The American Oak timber floors are beautiful to look at and warm under foot, so we have purpose built a bench seat and shoe cupboard to place your shoes when you remove them upon entry. The 4 bedrooms comprise of: Two with King size beds, one with Queen size and 2 Singles, all with linen provided. Our service attendant will collect and return fresh bedding weekly. Sit back in the Viewing Room and enjoy the free Netflix (& Wi-Fi) whilst watching the 82 inch smart TV, with surround sound. If you choose to have some peace and quiet, or use the indoor exercise equipment, the downstairs area is perfect to keep fit or just relax and listen to some music from the Sonos system through out. The lower level has a spa bath in the bathroom and complimentary towels are provided to guests as is shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The laundry has a dehumidifier to dry your washing on the in-door clothes line, usually in about 3-4 hours. No need to have arguments or wait in queues at the ramp, the Boat Berth which includes power and fresh water is at the pontoon free if you wish to bring your boat or JetSki. The neighbourhood is patrolled hourly by the security service who is available 24/7 if you need assistance. Enjoy!
