Private parking is included. The apartment is personally and uniquely decorated with color and natural materials as a consistent theme. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated! The kitchen is fully equipped, and breakfast is enjoyed in the lovely kitchen sofa! Living room with TV and surround sound that leads out to a cozy balcony with morning sun! The space The apartment is a three-room apartment in a funky house built in the late 1940s, at the top of the third floor with lovely views of the ridge. NOTE: Three stairs without elevator. Bedroom 1: Fantastically comfortable double bed (180 cm) surrounded by soothing dark green walls. Crib available if traveling with small children. Bedroom 2: the children's room is furnished with a durable bunk bed that can also be used by adults - as well as toys, books and more toys! Kitchen: Dishwasher, induction stove, convection oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area for 4 people including a nice kitchen sofa! View down to the yard where there are also dining areas and access to a barbecue Living room: 52" flat-screen TV, Apple TV, Bose sound system, WiFi and a fantastic little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or a drink in the evening light. Dining area/work area with up to 8 seats. Bathroom: Newly renovated (2021) in terrazzo stone, with bathtub, ceiling shower, brass details and underfloor heating. Other things to note We would like the apartment to be rented by guests who leave the apartment in the same condition as it is offered - namely, well cleaned. For guests who clean up after themselves, we will remove the otherwise high cleaning fee. We also provide sheets and towels for guests who would like to help water our flowers.
