Possibilities for walks (Chevreuse forest, ponds 10 minutes away) on foot or by bike. This room is voluntarily offered at a lower price to take into account the elements mentioned below. The space - The ceiling of the room is low (210 cm). - The bedroom (17 m²) has a space to prepare basic meals (sink, microwave, induction, fridge, Nexpresso coffee machine). - There is no hood, dishwasher or washing machine. - A shower room (Italian shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer). - 32-inch HD TV, Internet, Wi-Fi. - Bakery, Carrefour City, a 10-minute walk. - Your car can be parked for free on the street. During peak hours it is not easy to find space very close to the house. In this case, there is the town hall parking lot 900 m from the house. - Double glazed bay window on the street but you can hear a little bit of car traffic and the sounds of life in a house, despite all our discretion. - No pets allowed. Guest access - 20-minute walk from Versailles Chantier train station (Paris Montparnasse train station between 12 and 20 minutes by train) - Versailles Rive Gauche station 10 minutes by bus (RER C for Paris) - 10-minute drive or bus ride to the Palace of Versailles.
