Cute Updated Cottage in friendly Silverton

This cottage offers a vintage vibe with modern conveniences and comfort. We purchased it in the summer of 2021 and have done an extensive remodel. The kitchen and bath are all new, new appliances, a full size washer /dryer, new flooring, all new flooring, paint. The furnishings are clean, cozy and comfortable. Beds are new and highly rated. The neighborhood is quiet, deer are often seen in front yards, yet shopping is a 3 min drive and historic downtown 1/2 mile a way. The space We remodeled the cottage so when you arrive, it is easy to rest, work or explore. The kitchen has a counter bar for food or a computer. The laundry room is next to the kitchen and has an exterior entrance as well. We do have a garage we use for storage, but we can accommodate bikes and some recreational toys. We have an owners suite with a separate entrance that we use or sometimes host other guests. That suite has it's own deck and has only one shared wall. The shared wall is the bathroom in the cottage and a hall in the owner's suite. We love animals and welcome a maximum of 2 pets. Our pet fee is $3 per night per pet and is billed through AirBnb once you have checked in. To keep the cottage and furnishing at a high quality for all guests, pets are not allowed on any furniture including beds. Guest access The driveway is for your dedicated use. It would accommodate 2 vehicles tandem style. We love to walk, and everything we need is close enough to do so. Other things to note Silverton seems far, but it is a gem and only 1 hr from Portland Airport and 30 minutes from Salem.
