Modern 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom house in quiet peaceful location 5km from CBD. Close to shopping centre and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Beautiful lake to walk around with child’s playground 150m away. Our house has a two bay garage, an entertaining area with outdoor TV on the back patio . Security screens and deadlocks on all doors for your peace of mind.. This is our second home so the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The space 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 - King size bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed and shared bathroom Bedroom 3 - King size bed and shared bathroom Small outdoor verandah with table and chairs . Guest access Entire house Other things to note We do ask our guests to leave the house as you arrived, neat and tidy and ready for next guests. The cleaning fee covers our laundry lady collecting the used washing ,washing it and remaking the beds only. She normally leaves a spare set of linen and towels in a drawer in each room. This is so she can remake the beds while she is collecting the used laundry. Please don’t use this clean linen as you will get charged an extra $90 for her to clean that laundry as well . We have a washing machine for you to use during your stay if you want to clean any linen or towels while staying. A cleaner will be engaged at an extra cost if the place isn’t left as you found it on arrival. All cleaning products , vacuum, mop and bucket are provided. Our son lives there when it’s not being used and he has an allergy to animal hair/fur so unfortunately we are unable to accept any bookings where a support dog or service dog is required .
