The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry. The space Our neighbourhood usually named as ‘Varyant’ by the locals, is a part of the historical old city. Our neighbourhood is located on a small hill overlooking the city of İzmir and most famous for its spectacular sea and the city view. Although it is so close to the city center, there is an atmospehre of a small village. No busy roads, very few traffic. There are mainly one or two story houses and small streets. In recent years the old İzmir houses in our neighbourhood are being restored and the area is slowly getting its historical idedtity back. In our neighbourhood you will for sure experience something special and still be in the heart of the city. We created a beautiful atmosphere in the terrace of our other mansion called Büyük Konak (The Great Mansion) that's two streets above, in which you can enjoy our breakfast service from 8.00 am to 10.30. You can also enjoy our cocktail bar which will be available for you guests and our public customers from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm. The morning coffee to start the day and a glass of wine to finish the day facing one of the most mesmerizing sunset views, the terrace alone could be the best experience you might have here in İzmir. Guest access Our stone mansion has three independent apartments. The big garden area and the sea view terrace can be used by the guests of the two apartments. You can also visit our other mansion's terrace from 8.00am to 10.30am for our breakfast service and our cocktail bar that's open for customers from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. • The cocktail bar strictly prohibits entry to individuals under the age of 18. • You must have a reservation to enter the bar, please contact us beforehand.
