Central, fam of 4, cozy guest house W/free parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The space Air mattress available upon request 🙂 This is similar to a studio with a entrance room containing a small table to use as a work space and a comfortable rocking chair. Then entering the living room with a full kitchenette to give you every comfort of a full kitchen just a little smaller scale. This has a smart TV mounted on the wall with Wi-Fi in the house. It has an air conditioner that’s not in there in the winter months. There’s a couch that converts into a full size bed with all your fresh washed bedding beneath it when you pull it out. Then enter the small room with two handmade oak bunk beds and a small closet. Last room is a full bathroom with outdated tile😂 a new toilet and freshly re-lined ceramic old old school bathtub. There is a space saver over the toilet with freshly washed towels and hand towels. Under the kitchen sink are cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags. In the bunk bed room closet you’ll find a broom and dust pan. I keep the cleaning costs extremely low because I want to save you money. But with that liberty provided please leave the guest house in the condition you found it. When checking out please do the following All of your laundry and bedding please pull out and leave in a pile on the floor. Please do your dishes ( we will put them away after they dry if you didn’t have time to let them dry ) and put all trash in the green container outside by the shared fence. Please leave the last bag of garbage in the garbage can in the house so we can put dirty cleaning supplies inside of it ands well take care of that. Please leave the floor clear of sand, pine needles etc etc. clean up any spills or cooking messes. Lock the house, turn off the AC or heat ( unless it’s winter time then just turn it down to 55) turn off lights and television etc etc. Put the key in the lock box. Other things to note When you’re in your guest house please don’t try to force open the door in the living room that goes into my workshop. It is locked and you could set off the alarm. I am hardly ever in there and will never disturb your time or your privacy. The door locks from my side as well as yours so you can always feel safe and secure.
