Our house is in a quiet, non-touristy northern Lake Garda village, offering stunning lake and mountain views, 10 minutes walk direct to the lake and easy access to sports, trekking, and waterparks. The space It is a tiny (9 sq.m.) room with a unique authentic hospitality experience. The room is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey house with 6 rooms in total (only one more room on your floor). If you are traveling with friends or family, feel free to message us - we can offer multiple rooms in the same house. Other things to note • Pets are welcome • Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property – if your room has a balcony, you may smoke there with the doors closed • Kitchen is not available for guest use • No elevator Parking: • Free parking within walking distance - a short 5-minute walk is required because we are in a hilly area and buildings are close together. Don’t worry, this is normal here, and we’ve arranged it to be as convenient as possible for you • If your vehicle has low clearance or you don't feel comfortable, you can use flat public parking for around €20/day, depending on season and availability. But we always try to do our best to help you!
