Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire house during their stay. This includes the two bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, bonus room, and the outdoor deck. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note - Check-in is at 4:00 PM. - Check-out is at 10:00 AM. - All necessary check-in details, including your unique door code, will be sent to you on your day of arrival. - This property is managed by Heirloom Vacations, a professional property management company with years of experience and tens of thousands of glowing reviews. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to make your stay seamless and memorable. - This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
