The space The villa is the premier location in Beach Village, being beside the golf course, beach and less than 50 yards to the ocean and beside the Wyndham Hotel. The villa has high quality furnishings, and an amazing well equipped kitchen. Luxury throughout. Guest access There is a parking place allocated to the villa for guest use only. Beach Village has a 24 hour security gate which ensures only residents and guests are in the Beach Village area and for Emergencies. The beach is a few steps from the villa and the Beach Village pool is available for guest use. We also have a second newly remodeled Villa ( sleeps 6) next door available for reservation.
