Please note: Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Roppongi, and Mt. Fuji take over 1 hour. If you plan to visit daily, the location may not suit your stay. The space Long-term stays are welcome. For your safety and comfort, we host only one group at a time. The first floor, with two rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a backyard, is for guests. We, a couple, live on the second floor. Please feel free to email us anytime—we will come down immediately if needed. On the way from the station to the guest house, you will find two large duty-free drugstores, a supermarket open until 1 a.m., two convenience stores, chain restaurants for yakiniku, shabu-shabu, and Italian cuisine, a large public bath ♨️, a 100-yen store, a fried chicken bento shop, and a coin laundry. Guest access The first-floor area includes two rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a backyard. Other things to note 1. Only registered guests are allowed. Following the rules helps everyone stay safe and comfortable. Violations may be reported to the police and Airbnb. 2. All rooms are non-smoking. 3. Please keep noise low after 9 p.m. 4. We cannot receive mail. Thank you for your understanding. 5. Please do not cook inside the rooms. 6. If any furniture is damaged or items are lost, compensation can be requested through Airbnb. 7. Check-out is by 10 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you need to store your luggage. 8. Please provide a copy of your passport. This is for monthly police reporting, and all guests are asked to cooperate. 9. Please unplug all chargers when going to bed or leaving the room. 10.
