Only minutes walk to surf beach, new cafe, fish&chips, shop and laundrette~20 mins walk main st shopping & restaurants~short drive whale watching platform & racecourse. A kitchenette, ensuite & private courtyard~separate entrance from free onsite car park~ Queen size bed+dbl sofa bed~sleeps up to a "cozy" 4. Ideal for singles, couples, small young families or girls weekend. Free breakfast & toiletries The space Our space is a former garage/dance studio like no other! Fresh and inviting you can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in your own private court yard ~ a small BBQ is available on request. High quality Sheridan linen & towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. For something extra special, relax in your own private massage chair to wind down after your trip in air conditioned comfort. The space is a studio style apartment, accomodating 2 in comfort. The comfortable sofa bed will allow up to a 4 people stay, but the space is compact in this configuration. However, please do not have expectations of the space being more than a studio size apartment. A porta cot is available at no charge. We are family friendly and love children, who are very welcome. We would love you to stay with us and our two small dogs Buddy and Benji who are very friendly and social, they are kept separately on the premises at night, but will be in the separate under cover alfresco area through the day. Guest access Studio 31 allows private guest access between the house and the garage. Enter Studio 31 through the black gates, directly from your “on premises “ car park, a few steps through the screened under cover alfresco and you arrive at your own studio apartment. Self check key pad is at the internal black gate. Other things to note We are more than happy to let you know about things to see and do locally ~ there is lot to see ~ so spare a few days for exploring! Dennis is a local expert, being born and bred in nearby Killarney ~ he loves nothing more than talk about this beautiful part of the world.
