Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable queen sized beds. There is plenty of room for your entire family with a queen sized pull out bed. You will be close enough to the freeway to visit our wonderful attractions. You will find colorful 2 bedroom 1 bath home a cozy landing place. The space As soon as you walk in the front door you’ll be captivated by the New Mexico style infused throughout this adorable casita. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a queen sized, memory foam pull out bed. You'll be able to watch your favorite streaming channels with the fire stick enabled smart TV. Head into the alcove where you have functional office space. Find board games and toys available on the shelf to keep your kids entertained. There is a washer and dryer area available for your use. The bright and spacious eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities so you can enjoy cooking your favorite meals. In the built in coffee and tea station you’ll find a variety of teas and coffee ready for brewing. The bathroom shower tub combo gives you plenty of options for a hot shower or a relaxing bath at the end of the day. The bathroom is fully stocked with clean towels and bathing essentials. The bedrooms are sanitized between guests so you can rest easy in clean, comfortable, cozy queen size beds. There is ample parking off street, next to the house and a pleasant, fenced in patio area in the back. There are three steps up to the front door and three steps out the back door. We are not wheelchair accessible therefore we apologize to any guests who need that type of access. Other things to note Casa Tranquila is directly off I-40 which makes it super convenient to get anywhere in Albuquerque. We are walking distance from all Old Town Attractions, and minutes from Albuquerque Zoo, Botanical Gardens and all downtown and Nob Hill restaurants and events.
