Nestled amid gardens behind the main house on the property, the Bicycle House is relaxing, peaceful - walking distance to downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. The house is bicycle and chicken themed. Fences and gates feature bike parts and 6 hens live in the backyard coop. Private entrance and off street parking. The space This is one of the older Tempe neighborhoods where huge trees planted decades ago are flourishing and creating habitat for countless species of birds-hummers, thrashers, owls, peach-faced lovebirds, verios and more. The Bicycle house is located on the back of the property and is quiet and secluded. We have wifi and a smart TV in the living room. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, the other bedroom features twin beds. The shower is a walk-in with a stone floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washroom has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access You have the entire house and a lovely patio that looks out on the chickens free-range area. You can come and go through a private gate that opens off a well maintained alley. There is abundant parking space behind the house, well off the main road. The gate and front door open with a code. Other things to note The Bicycle House is all electric. It closes up tightly and is very snug and quiet inside. The AC is very efficient in the summer and the house is cosy and warm in the winter.
