Private room in shared modern penthouse

The modern minimalist-decorated apartment built in 2019 and located on the top floor (6th floor) has 2 rooms and a terrace with great views on the skyline of Msida till Valetta and surroundings. It is just a 30-minute walk from Gzira, Sliema, and his shopping, restaurants, & bars. Close to the university. The apartment is full of natural light, quiet (double-glazed windows), and located in a residential area. Public transportation are just meters away from the place; free street parking The space The private room is on the frontside of the apartment and consists of a double bed - air conditioning - desk - minimalistic decorated - bed linen and towels are provided - space for clothing - there is a window double glazed with direct access to the terrace. Guest access The apartment is shared with myself (the owner). You can access the open plan kitchen / living room and terrace with nice open view. We share the bathroom consisting of walk-in shower - 1 sink and 1 toilet. During your stay I am rather discrete so you can enjoy your stay in peace. I am available all time by mail, text, SMS, mobil phone. Other things to note Possibility to have your clothes washed for a small fee (5€ for a basket) Smoking is not allowed in the entire apartment (terrace available). Visitors or sleepovers are not allowed. No parties at the apartment or terrace (island offers enough parties 😉) No pets The apartment is designed to relax and enjoy your stay in Malta.
