This 49 m² apartment in the center of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, close to all shops, market, halls, post office, media library and 17 minutes walk from the beach, 2nd floor without elevator of a secure residence with private communal pool open from June 15 to September 22. It is intended for 4 people (possibility of 1 additional child + 1 baby). You will have a private parking space in the residence. Linen rental available upon prior request The space The accommodation consists of an entrance with cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed with dressing room) and a mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed with dressing room, a baby cot), bathroom with toilet, a 7 m2 loggia equipped with an electric barbecue. Free Wi-Fi Guest access You will have a private parking space inside the residence. Other things to note If you do not want to clutter your suitcases, a bed linen and bathroom linen rental service can be set up with our partner RSM SERVICES, upon prior request from you. We also offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning service at a rate of 50 euros (choice to be specified at the time of booking) to be paid, upon arrival, directly to RSM SERVICES. If you do not wish to subscribe to this optional service, you must, before your departure, carry out the complete cleaning of the apartment yourself.
