This corner-lot Cape Cod is the perfect spot for 1-6+ who are looking for a centrally-located stay in WNY. Our home is five minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown/waterfront, 15 minutes to Highmark Stadium and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. This space has been renovated over the past two years including an updated kitchen and bathroom, new floors and finished hardwood. The space We have been in this home since July 2019 and have made it home! With our careers requiring us to travel so much and a second home in PA for Rick’s job, we decided to open our doors to guests while we’re away. The rental includes full of the house as well as access to the laundry room in the basement. We’ve tailored our home to our needs and interests which will benefit visitors in the same way. With WiFi, plentiful natural light and multiple spaces to work from home, you won’t miss a beat with any tasks/job responsibilities. We love to cook, so the space features an updated kitchen and brand new stove/oven (as of Aug. 2021). You’ll have access to our cookware, plates, silverware, etc. We love to relax and watch a show at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a beer, so the roku is equipped with whatever streaming option you need. Also newly updated are the bathroom and the floors throughout. The driveway is huge and available for parking and the lot features a patio with Adirondack chairs (chairs are stored during the winter) and plenty of grass space for kids to play outside. The sun porch is one of our favorite spots to spend some down time reading or enjoying a beautiful night. Our house is close to so much locally - it’s really the perfect location to right in the middle of everything. We are less than five minutes to the airport and around the block from I90, I290 and route 33. Also, the home includes new, double-pane windows to help keep the noise low from the planes landing and taking off at nearby Buffalo-Niagara Airport. Our favorite grocery store, Wegmans, is just a few blocks down the street. In addition, within 1.5 miles are a Sam’s Club, two liquor stores, the Walden-Galleria mall, and more than a dozen restaurants. It is a spacious place for 6 or more. The sofa bed in the living room has never been used (until we started renting!) and features a king bed as well as a queen memory foam mattress. If you’re traveling with kids or need to sleep more than 6, we have both a pack and play and a Queen air mattress that can fit comfortably in the office. Also, the kitchen seats four, but there are chairs that can be made available to seat 6.
