ADORABLE LAKESIDE COTTAGE W/YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB AND A GUEST FAVORITE - ACCESS TO SEMI-PRIVATE LAKE MICHIGAN BEACH SHARED BY JUST 10 HOMES SO IT'S NEVER CROWDED! BEACH ACCESS GATE IS 7 MIN WALK FROM COTTAGE. LOFT LIKE HOME IS SUPER CLEAN WITH VERY COMFY KING SIZE BED AND ONE PULL-OUT COUCH FOR 4 GUEST (MAX). FIREPIT SUPPLIED WITH WOOD, AN OUTDOOR PATIO AND WEBER GRILL - YOU WILL LOVE IT! Bike/walking path out front and just 10 mins to New Buffalo, Whistle Stop, coffee - just steps away!! HURRY! The space Super cute space with lofty ceilings and tons of windows that bring in great natural light. The bedroom does not have a door. Also, the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so if guests are sleeping on the pull-out couch, they will walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The home is fully stocked with pots/pans/coffee maker/wine glasses, wine opener, etc! This studio is approximately 700 sq. feet and seems perfect for a great weekend getaway! There is a king bed with a SUPER comfy mattress and there is a pull-out couch in the living room that sleeps 2 (home sleeps 4 people max). The Hot Tub and firepit are lovely. We supply firewood for the firepit. There is a SEMI-private beach that we have access to (we are 1 of 10 homes have access to this locked gate) There is NO parking there - it's a 7 min walk and it's 75 stairs down to get to the beach! It is worth it if you love the beach because it's not crowded like the public beaches!! The home sits back off of Red Arrow Highway which in June 2025 went from 4 lane county road down to 2 lanes and they added a walking / bike path which make it super easy to walk to the beach, grab coffee, lunch, etc!! There is a train that runs along Red Arrow Highway across the street from us. The train noise/horn impacts all of the homes in Harbor Country. We supply sound machines and fans, so it drowns out the noise ( you can check the reviews!). There is plenty of parking at the home. Super clean and well stocked home - we hope you come check us out! Need more space? Our sister property is 2 doors down and sleeps 8 with a heated pool, hot tub and fire-pit. Perfect for families that need more space. Please inquire! Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself - we will send you a code a few days before check-in. Parking on-site is super easy (park in front of the cedar fence)! Lakeside is right next to New Buffalo, Union Pier, Harbert, Sawyer and a 10 drive to the cute town of Three Oaks! Super easy access to all the great restaurants, wineries, breweries and shopping in the area! Other things to note The home sits back away from the street (Red Arrow Highway). June 2025 construction completed to take red arrow from 4 lanes down to 2 and they installed a walking / bike path that makes it so much easier to walk and get coffee, lunch, dinner, etc and it makes the commute to our private beach so much easier! There is a train that goes down Red Arrow that impacts everyone up and down that area when it blows it's horn. There are sound machines, a fan and ear plugs inside the home for light sleepers!
