Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*. - Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access. -Refrigerator does not have an ice maker. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. - Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash. -This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the second floor. -Pool is shared between BOTH units. -Snorkeling gear is not available this time. -Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. -Ice Maker is not connected to water so it will not work. You can purchase ice at Morton's which is one block over.
