Pretty family country house with private garden

We offer our pretty family country house for rent. For 6 people, you will find everything you need to make your vacation a success. The house with history is very dear to us, which you will certainly feel from the many loving details and warm atmosphere. We would appreciate it if you could experience just as nice a vacation here as we do and are curious about the country and people. The space The house welcomes us on the ground floor with a large kitchen, dining table and wonderful gas/electric stove. All the accessories you need in a kitchen are available. Through a small hallway past the front door you enter a spacious salon, directly connected to a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The upper floor is equipped with three bedrooms and another large bathroom. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, bidet, toilet and a sink. The bedrooms have new beds for 2 people each. All the rooms of the house are very bright and inviting. The garden is surrounded by a wall and is therefore completely closed and secluded. The large terrace is in front of the entire house front and can be shaded by awnings. The garden offers many shady and sunny places with garden tables and chairs. Those who come in late summer and autumn will be happy about apricots and plums. Don't forget cake recipes ;-) . The property is enclosed and can accommodate 2 cars. Meanwhile, we have "FibreNet" i.e. fiber optics and ultra-fast WiFi. We have German and French satellite television and a DVD collection (in German and partly in other languages). Guest access In the small town of Heugueville-sur-Sienne near the Atlantic coast with its extensive sandy beaches, there are approx. 600 inhabitants. The next largest town is Coutance (there is a good tourist information page on the net). Behind the house you can pass meadows and farms on a small hill, from where you can see the coast of the Cotentin peninsula. The region offers a variety of opportunities for excursions. You will find lively beach resorts with many restaurants and bars, as well as quiet remote coastal stretches with guarded beaches and natural beaches. Various activities are ubiquitous and possible in many places, such as sailing, surfing, hiking, jogging, cycling, fishing, collecting shells, riding and much more...
